Our datacenter is located in Houston, Texas - a great choice due to its central location in the United States. This allows us to have fast connectivity to both coasts of the US and other parts of the world!

The facility is secure. The front door must be opened by the security guard who is on duty 24/7/365. Movement throughout the facility must be escorted at ALL times. There is no other entry door into the facility with the exception of the loading door which is protected by a roll down door and may only be operated with a security officer present.

Everything in the facility is fully redundant. From the UPS systems, generators, and air conditioning units, to the fiber and routers that make up our network, every single point of failure has one backup to ensure no valuable time is lost, even during an emergency.
