Initial Server Setup and Service Migration
We'll secure and optimize your entire cluster to best fit your hosting needs, and manage the transfer to set up your web or other hosted service. You'll also receive information and help on how to design your application to take full advantage of your server cluster.
24/7/365 Server Monitoring and Response
We constantly monitor your server cluster every 2 minutes through a third-party monitoring system, and our systems administrators are alerted via phone and e-mail in the event of any issues.
Regular Security Inspections and Software Updates
Your server security and performance is monitored both automatically and manually on a periodic basis, ensuring that the stability and safety of your applications is maintained. We also perform regular security and (at your request) other software updates, minimizing or even eliminating downtime while keeping your servers up-to-date.
Dedicated Tech Support and Administrator Time
Be in touch with a systems administrator who is dedicated to your specific hosting solution and is available for support and consulting, without specific time restrictions. You'll have someone who can not only perform server-related tasks for you, but will also work with you (and your employees or developers) in order to help you make the most of your load balanced servers.
